Information we collect
We collect several types of information from and about users of our services, including information:

• Non-Identifiable Data: When you interact with 1Thing through the Services, we receive and store certain personally non-identifiable information. Such information, which is collected passively using various technologies, cannot presently be used to specifically identify you. 1Thing may store such information itself or such information may be included in databases owned and maintained by 1Thing affiliates, agents or service providers. The Services may use such information and pool it with other information to track, for example, the total number of visitors to our Site, the number of visitors to each page of our Site, and the domain names of our visitors' Internet service providers. It is important to note that no Personal Data is available or used in this process.
In operating the Services, we may use a technology called "cookies." A cookie is a piece of information that the computer that hosts our Services gives to your browser when you access the Services. Our cookies help provide additional functionality to the Services and help us analyse Services usage more accurately.
Aggregated Personal Data: In an ongoing effort to better understand and serve the users of the Services, 1Thing often conducts research on its customer demographics, interests and behaviour based on the Personal Data and other information provided to us. This research may be compiled and analysed on an aggregate basis, and 1Thing may share this aggregate data with its affiliates, agents and business partners. This aggregate information does not identify you personally. 1Thing may also disclose aggregated user statistics in order to describe our services to current and prospective business partners, and to other third parties for other lawful purposes.
Information you provide to us
Registration information – When you register for an account, you give 1Thing certain personal information such as full name, email address, mobile phone number and user generated password.
Log Data – We may automatically collect certain information about the devices you use to access the services, and your use of the services even if you use the services without registering or logging in. such information includes, information about your computer/mobile device, internet connection, IP address, operating systems, platforms, other browsing information (connection, speed, connection type etc.), device type, device’s unique device identifier, mobile network information and the device’s telephone number.
Location information – Our applications collect real time information about the location of your device, as permitted by you.
Your preference – Your preferences and settings such as time zone and language
Your activity on the service/application – Information about your activity on the services, domain names, search results, how long you visited the services, date and time you used the services, error logs, online and or offline status of your application and other similar information.
How we use your information
If you provide Personal Data for a certain reason, we may use the Personal Data in connection with the reason for which it was provided.
1Thing and its subsidiaries and affiliates (the “Related Companies”) may also use your Personal Data and other personally non-identifiable information collected through the Services to help us improve the content and functionality of the Services, to better understand our users and to improve the Services. 1Thing and its affiliates may use this information to contact you in the future to tell you about services we believe will be of interest to you. If we do so, each marketing communication we send you will contain instructions permitting you to "opt-out" of receiving future marketing communications. In addition, if at any time you wish not to receive any future marketing communications or you wish to have your name deleted from our mailing lists, please contact us as indicated below.
Disclosure of information to third parties
1Thing reserves the right to disclose personal information, when we have a good faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of such information is reasonable necessary to (a) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request, (b) enforce applicable
Terms of Service, including investigation of potential violations thereof, (c) detect, prevent, or Otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues, or (d) protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of 1Thing, its users of the public as required or permitted by law.
Accessing & correcting your personal information
We will take reasonable steps to accurately record the personal information that you provide to us and any subsequent updates. We encourage you to review, update and correct the personal information about you that is inaccurate, incomplete, or irrelevant for legitimate purposes, or are being processed in a way which infringes any applicable legal requirement.
Your right to review, update, correct, and delete your personal information may be subject to our Records retention policies and applicable law including any statutory retention requirements.
We have implemented appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and Help prevent unauthorized access to your information and to maintain data security. These safe – guards take into account the sensitivity of the information that we collect, process and store and the Current state of technology. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it, including the use of vault and tokenization services form third party service providers.
We assume no liability or responsibility for disclosure of your information due to errors in transmission, unauthorized third-party access, or other causes beyond our control. You play an important role in keeping your personal information secure. You should not share your user name, password, or other security information for your 1Thing account with anyone. If we receive instructions using your user name and password, we will consider that you have authorized the instructions.
Our policy regarding use of service by children
You must be at least thirteen (13) years of age to register for an account, and 1Thing does not knowingly collect information from children under thirteen. If we learn that a child under thirteen has established a 1Thing account, that account will be terminated and any information associated with that account will be deleted and/or blocked as required by law.
Change of ownership

Upon registering with 1Thing, you will be added to our mailing list and you will receive information about 1Thing’s services, your account information and any special offers and promotions. If you do not wish to receive any further communication from us, simply email [email protected]
unsubscribe. Please note, however, that unless you requested to cancel your account, you may continue to receive important information relating to your account.
We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you Services. If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you Services, please email us at (please provide email id). We may retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Consistent with these requirements, we will try to delete your information quickly upon request. Please note, however, that there might be latency in deleting information from our servers and backed-up versions might exist after deletion. In addition, we do not delete from our servers files that you have in common with other users. 1Thing shall not be responsible for any misuse of your personal data which are in backed up files.
